How do I return an item?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Returns You have 30 (change this) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Items must have original garment tags attached. Garments must not be laundered (washed or dried) in any way. Your item must have the original packing slip or proof of purchase.


RETURNS

Retail Customers
Retail customer may return unworn products within 15 days of receipt for a refund based on defects. Our quality control process ensures that our products are shipped in pristine retail condition. If there is an issue with your product, please call us at 888-896-2958 to arrange an exchange or replacement.

Wholesale Customers
Wholesale customer may return their items for exchange or store credits. Please contact your Brand manager at 662-800-1501 to arrange exchange or credit options. There will be a 5% Restocking fee for all returned items.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit or refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).


You will receive the credit within a certain 7-10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
